West Michigan Chalk Art Festival (WMCAF) got to witness a marriage proposal for the first time! The Tanger Outlets of Byron Center, MI hosted the 7th annual chalk festival bringing in a larger than usual crowd. Chalk artist Tess Tobolic presented a piece as a surprise engagement for her brother and soon to be sister in law.
